Executive Board
for 2025-2026
The PTO Executive Board provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all PTO activities. The board works collaboratively with parents, staff, and administrators to support the school’s mission, strengthen the home–school connection, and enhance the educational experience for all students.
The Executive Board ensures that PTO programs and operations run smoothly, remain financially responsible, and reflect the needs and values of the school community.

PRESIDENT
The PTO President is the leader of the organization, sets the agenda for meetings, conducts business for meetings, and is the primary liaison to school administration.

VICE PRESIDENT
The PTO Vice President leads the organization in the absence of the President and is the primary liaison to the Local School Council.

Jenny Mason-Frey
OPERATIONS CHAIR
The PTO Operations Chair drives volunteer engagement for the overall PTO membership and oversees organization and execution of PTO events.

SECRETARY
The PTO Secretary manages the calendar for the organization, takes notes at meetings and provides minutes afterwards, and manages PTO communications.
